Why I Do This Work

In early 2024, I lost both my parents—one struggling in active addiction and the other after decades of quietly navigating chronic illness . Their deaths, less than a month apart, gave me space to finally see things clearly. I grieved their passing—and in that process, I did my own innerwork. I became whole again. Not by moving on, but by moving deeper.

I’ve always been in the helping field. But this experience clarified exactly how I want to help. I’m not here to skim the surface with basic workflows and org charts. I’m here for the guts of it—the innerwork of operations. The therapy of how an organization runs on the inside: the systems, the relationships, the flow, the friction.

I’ve burned out from jobs I loved twice before. Once trying to hold up a whole organization that wasn’t going to support itself, and again thinking I had to do it all alone. Both times, I was praised for my skill and competence, but inside I was drowning in responsibility, over-functioning, and flying blind without real systems or ways to ask for support.

That experience didn’t just teach me what not to do—it taught me how to build differently. Not with hustle and heroics, but with clarity, collaboration, communication, and infrastructure that actually holds.

Now, I bring everything I’ve lived, learned, and built into work that sits at the intersection of strategy and people. Work that helps people lead with clarity, communicate with intention, and build systems that don’t just function but feel right.
