Why I Do This Work
Before this, I was doing clinical work. My style was always solutions-focused, future-oriented, and grounded in clarity. I was good at it. But truthfully? I was more lit up by what happened behind the sessions than in them. I couldn’t not think about structure, systems, and strategy. I was the one reworking workflows, noticing patterns, optimizing team dynamics, sensing the through line, and untangling backend chaos—because I loved it. That’s what led me here.
Innerwork Strategies is where I bring it all together—my clinical background, my obsession with clarity and efficiency, and my lived experience navigating burnout, over-functioning, and the mess of building something that actually works.
I’ve seen what happens when smart, mission-driven people try to do it all alone. I’ve been the glue. I’ve been the person everyone leans on. And I’ve learned: no matter how capable you are, you still need infrastructure, support, and clarity that holds to keep the mission going.
Now, I work with founders and teams who are building meaningful things and want real support—not just tasks offloaded, but a strategic partner who gets the full picture. Someone who sees both the vision and the weeds. Someone who can zoom in and out, and help make everything run smoother, cleaner, and with way less friction.
I work at the intersection of people and process. Of strategy and soul. Of how it runs, and how it feels to run it.
Mission
I collaborate with founders, leaders, and teams to understand not just what they do but why it matters. Because the heart of your work is the foundation of any smart strategy. My mission is to build operations and systems rooted in the innerwork, where your vision, values, and everyday work align and thrive. I don’t just deliver solutions; I care about your mission as much as you do.
